Ian Mason
Group Chief Executive

Ian has established the Group as the world's leading high service distributor through a successful strategy of international growth. He joined the business in 1995 and was appointed Group Chief Executive in 2001. Ian is a non-executive Director of The Sage Group plc and previously worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company.

Chris Page
Global Offer Director

Chris holds global responsibility for the Group's product and stock management, pricing and supply chain activities. Chris joined the business in 2009 as General Manager Electronics where he was pivotal in the development of the Group's electronics business. Previously, Chris held senior management positions at Memec culminating in Senior Vice President.
 

Phil Cook
Global IT Director

Phil is responsible for the development and execution of the Group's global IT strategy. Previously, he was Group Chief Information Officer at British American Tobacco (BAT) where he developed the IT strategy for the business worldwide. Other previous roles include Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Brown and Williamson Tobacco and European IT Manager at Honda.

Simon Boddie
Group Finance Director

Simon joined as Group Finance Director in September 2005. Simon has been involved in the implementation of many aspects of the Group's strategy, including cost reduction, cash maximisation and the introduction of a new business performance management system. Previously, Simon held a variety of senior finance positions, latterly as Finance Director of Key Markets at Diageo.

Keith Reville
Global Marketing Director

Keith is responsible for the Group's marketing functions and the implementation of its eCommerce strategy across the globe. Before joining in 2010 as General Manager eCommerce, Keith was Director of Online Sales for Orange UK Ltd, responsible for its online mobile store and telesales operations, Director of eBusiness at Hilton International Ltd and Head of Dotcom Sales at Thomas Cook UK.

Ian Watson
Global HR Director

Ian has responsibility for attracting, retaining and developing quality people for the Group. Ian oversees the delivery of organisation development programmes and manages the Group's compensation and benefit schemes. Before joining the business in 2004, Ian held senior roles at Vodafone plc and Thomas Cook.

Klaus Göldenbot
Global Sales Director

Klaus is responsible for worldwide sales across the Group. Klaus joined in 2001 and was previously Regional General Manager, EMEA, where he developed the 'One Europe' strategy across Continental Europe, and General Manager for RS UK. Prior to this, Klaus spent 9 years at Adolf Würth GmbH where he held various senior management positions in strategic management, sales and marketing.

Paul Quested
Global Strategy Director

Paul has responsibility for the Group's business strategy, including strategic planning, continuous improvement, group programme management and internal communications. Paul was previously responsible for the UK's business strategy as General Manager RS UK. Prior to joining RS in 2007 as Head of Finance, Paul held a number of positions during his 10 year tenure at InBev.
