Ian Mason
Group Chief Executive

Ian has established the Group as the world's leading high service distributor through a successful strategy of international growth. He joined the business in 1995 and was appointed Group Chief Executive in 2001. Ian is a non-executive Director of The Sage Group plc and previously worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company.

Chris Page
General Manager Electronics

Chris joined the business in 2009 and is driving the Group's electronics strategy, which is a key priority for the business. Chris is responsible for the electronics pricing strategy, increasing production packaging sales and for introducing unprecedented levels of new products and lines. Previously, Chris held senior management positions at Memec culminating in Senior Vice President.

Paul Quested
General Manager RS UK

Paul assumed responsibility for the UK's business strategy when he became General Manager in 2008. He was instrumental in driving the UK achievement of the Carbon Trust Standard at the highest level. Prior to joining RS in 2007 as Head of Finance, Paul held a number of positions during his 10 year tenure at InBev.

Anne Bruggink
General Manager Supply Chain

Anne has responsibility for the Group's supply chain strategy and its planning systems to create a single, global and transparent operation. He has been pivotal in achieving significant cost and stock reductions whilst effecting service improvements. Prior to joining the business in 2007, Anne held senior supply chain positions at United Biscuits, Autoglass/Carglass and Honeywell.

Ian Haslegrave
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Ian has responsibility for global corporate governance covering the risk, CSR, legal and company secretarial functions. He has driven several international initiatives across the business and had a key role in the changes to the Group's pension arrangements. Prior to joining the business in 2006, Ian held senior positions at Viacom Outdoor and United Biscuits.

Simon Boddie
Group Finance Director

Simon joined as Group Finance Director in September 2005. Simon has been involved in the implementation of many aspects of the Group's strategy, including cost reduction, cash maximisation and the introduction of a new business performance management system. Previously, Simon held a variety of senior finance positions, latterly as Finance Director of Key Markets at Diageo.

Richard Huxley
Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific

Richard is responsible for driving the ambitious growth plans for Asia Pacific, comprising 18 sales offices and six warehouses across the region. Prior to joining the business in 2006, Richard was VP Marketing for Arrow Electronics, Asia Pacific. He moved to Asia in 2002 where he played a leading role in establishing and building the Arrow Alliance Business Unit in the region.

Kevin Thompson
General Manager Maintenance

Kevin is responsible for the Group's maintenance offer and strategy. He joined the business in 1993 and had roles in IS and business development before moving to his current role in 2002. Kevin was pivotal in the RS Japan and eCommerce launches. Previously, he held management roles at Barclays Bank and British Telecom.

Keith Reville
General Manager eCommerce

Keith holds global responsibility for defining and implementing the Group's eCommerce strategy to build a £1Bn+ eCommerce business at the heart of the company. Before joining in 2010, Keith was Director of Online Sales for Orange UK Ltd, responsible for its online mobile store and telesales operations, Director of eBusiness at Hilton International Ltd and Head of Dotcom Sales at Thomas Cook UK.

Nigel Main
Group Head of Corporate Communications

Nigel holds global responsibility for corporate communications, including media relations, internal communications and branding. Previously, Nigel was Communications Director for the EMEA region for Wyndham Exchange & Rentals. He has also held senior communication roles in United Business Media, EMI, Zeneca and ICI.

Klaus Göldenbot
Regional General Manager, EMEA

Klaus is responsible for developing the 'One Europe' strategy across Continental Europe. Klaus joined in 2001 and was previously General Manager for RS UK where he successfully delivered SAP (EBS) and introduced Continuous Improvement. Previously, Klaus spent 9 years at Adolf Würth GmbH where he held various senior management positions in strategic management, sales and marketing.

Lee Davidson
President, Allied Electronics

Lee has driven significant sales growth in Allied since assuming the role of President in mid-2004. Previously, as VP Product Marketing, Lee was responsible for the product management, inventory and purchasing teams at Allied. Before joining Allied in 2002, Lee spent 26 years at Carlton-Bates Company in various positions, including VP Operations, Products and Supply Chain.

Ian Watson
General Manager Group HR

Ian has responsibility for attracting, retaining and developing quality people for the Group. Ian oversees the delivery of organisation development programmes and manages the Group's compensation and benefit schemes. Before joining the business in 2004, Ian held senior roles at Vodafone plc and Thomas Cook.

Phil Cook
General Manager Information Systems

Phil is responsible for the development and execution of the Group's global IS strategy. Previously, he was Group Chief Information Officer at British American Tobacco (BAT) where he developed the IT strategy for the business worldwide. Other previous roles include Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Brown and Williamson Tobacco and European IT Manager at Honda.
