Lindsley joined as Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Prior to Electrocomponents, he was Executive Vice President of the Future Electronics Group of companies. In this role, he was a key member of the core leadership team which transformed the organisation’s performance and expanded its global reach. Before joining Future in 2002, Lindsley held senior positions with TTI Inc and Solectron Corporation.
Group Finance Director
David joined as Group Finance Director in 2016. Previously, he was Group Finance Director of Alent plc, Global CFO at ESAB Holdings Ltd, the largest division of Charter International plc, and Group Financial Controller at Hanson plc. He has extensive experience in business transformation through performance improvement and M&A and has worked in Asia as well as Europe, the US and Australia.
President, RS Components
Marianne is responsible for driving profitable growth across the regions, developing the RS brand and delivering an improved experience for electronics and industrial customers. She has 25 years’ experience as a senior international executive. Previously, she was UK Managing Director at TNT and prior to this, Executive Director of Transformation and Supply Chain/Supplier Management at Premier Farnell plc.
President, RS Pro
Kurt is responsible for the RS Pro product range around the world. This includes growing the size and reach of the private label portfolio to further the benefits it offers to both customers and suppliers. Before joining in 2015, Kurt was President of the Americas Components Group of Arrow Electronics. He also held senior positions at Solectron Corporation.
Alexander von Schirmeister
Chief Innovation Officer
Alexander is responsible for both Digital and IT across the business, with a primary remit to further enhance and grow the eCommerce offering to ensure customers have a world-class online experience. Previously, he spent ten years in senior management positions at eBay, culminating in Vice President of eBay EMEA. He also held roles at Telefonica, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and Procter & Gamble.
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Mikael is responsible for the ongoing development of the Group’s supply chain, ensuring Electrocomponents continues to leverage its global scale in a safe and sustainable way to provide customers with an industry-leading service. Previously, he was Chief Operation Officer and Executive Vice President at Efore Oyj, Director Supply Chain Management at Huawei, and Head of Sourcing and Supply at Ericsson Saudi Arabia.
Chief HR Officer
Ian has responsibility for building an effective organisation
and ensuring the business has the right skills and culture it needs
to deliver the Group strategy. He has led a major culture
change across the Group through the introduction of global
behaviours, underpinned by performance management and reward
structures. Before joining in 2004, Ian held senior roles at
Vodafone plc and the Thomas Cook Group.
Senior Vice President Corporate Development
Michael is responsible for strategy development and M&A activity. He has extensive experience in business transformation and M&A. Previously, he led a strategic review and ran M&A and joint venture activity at Imagination Technologies Group plc. Prior to this, he was Vice President Corporate Development at Alent plc, and held senior positions at UK Government Investments and Rexam plc.
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Ian has responsibility for corporate governance covering the legal, indirect procurement, pensions and company secretarial functions. He has driven several key initiatives across the Group, including changes to the company's pension arrangements. Prior to joining in 2006, Ian was International Legal Director at Viacom Outdoor. He also held senior positions at United Biscuits and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
