eCommerce is at the heart of our business strategy and has driven our growth for a decade. 59% of global revenues, over £700m, are generated online and our goal is to build a £1bn+ eCommerce business.

Our online offer has transformed our business and is the entry point for a long-term, multi-channel relationship with our customers. We are continually improving their online experience with us, from our market-leading website to advanced eProcurement systems and engineering design tools that help our customers to boost efficiency and productivity and save time and money.


Our catalogues remain a key element of our multi-channel business model and evolve in line with our customers' needs. We're developing innovative ways to display our products in our catalogues and provide a choice of paper and digital formats.

Trade counters

We have 21 trade counters across the globe, with 16 in the UK. Our branch network is ideally located to make our customers' lives easier, giving them same day access to thousands of products and special offers. This includes new products and a wide range of services to help customers with their businesses, such as technical help, kitting and calibration.


Our phone and fax lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days per week to take customer orders.

Field sales

We have a complete sales network operating worldwide. All sales engineers are continuously trained to ensure they keep abreast of the latest available product developments in the market and provide the best possible solutions to customers' needs.

Internal sales

Our in-house sales force provides comprehensive support for customers, including product search and price quotations for prototype design and preproduction launches through to maintenance and repair.
