£1bn+ eCommerce business. Our significant growth through the last
two years is inextricably linked to our online offer. We have
transformed our customers' online experience, introduced
e-procurement systems and electronics design tools and launched
one of the most advanced transactional websites in our
industry sector. This strategy has enabled us to increase new
product introductions from 5,000 per year to 5,000 per
month.

Our catalogue remains a key element of our multi-channel
business model and evolves in line with our customers' needs.
We're developing innovative ways to display our products in
our catalogue and provide a choice of paper and digital
formats.

Trade counters
We have 23 trade counters across the globe, with 16 in the UK.
Our branch network is ideally located to make our customers' lives
easier, giving them same day access to thousands of products and
special offers. This includes new products and a wide range of
services to help customers with their businesses, such as technical
help, kitting and calibration.

Field sales
We have a complete sales network operating worldwide. All sales
