Supporting and driving the strategic direction of the business
Achieving sustained quality improvement requires commitment from the entire organisation. The continuous improvement (CI) team is responsible for ensuring that the principles of CI are firmly embedded within our culture.
Using improvement methodologies such as LEAN manufacturing, Kaizen, Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, we are continually improving and streamlining our business processes, eliminating waste and increasing productivity.
CI specialists work with the senior management teams to lead process transformation and efficiency projects within key business areas, and recommend the appropriate application of CI tools and techniques to drive the direction of the business.
Problem solving, training and communication skills are intrinsic within this area of the business - as are knowledge and experience of continuous improvement methodologies.
