When we defined the values and behaviours that we felt were most important to us as a business, being customer focused was one of our top priorities.

Customer services is central to each of our operating companies; we never underestimate the importance and value of dealing with our customers in a pro-active, knowledgeable and helpful way. In fact, it's critical to the organisation.

The teams help to drive our multi-channel business and there are plenty of opportunities for progression and development within the call centres, as part of the multi-lingual Shared Services team or as an engineer or trainee working within the calibration section.
