The Company is subject to the provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance published in July 2003 and appended to the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority (the “Combined Code”). Section 1 of the Combined Code establishes 14 main principles and 21 supporting principles of good governance in four areas:

  • Directors;
  • Remuneration of Directors;
  • Accountability and Audit; and
  • Relations with Shareholders.
