The Company is subject to the provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance published in June 2008 and appended to the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority (the “Combined Code”). Section 1 of the Combined Code establishes 17 main principles and 26 supporting principles of good governance in four areas:

  • Directors;
  • Remuneration of Directors;
  • Accountability and Audit; and
  • Relations with Shareholders.
